Moving from eBay to an online store
What challenges were you facing before Neto?
Before I found Neto, we had to manually enter all eBay and website orders into our shipping provider software (Eparcel, Toll Ipec and Direct Freight) and our accounting software (MYOB). This was a timely process that was riddled with errors. Managing eBay was also hard, as we had to continually update stock levels and listings to keep them in sync with our own online store.
Additionally, the website shopping cart software we were using did not allow us to customise page layouts easily, which was extremely frustrating. Website conversion rates were also very low.

What was the end result?
We have integrated all aspects of our business into Neto so that we are only using one platform to manage our operations. This includes: shipping, eBay, website and accounting. I now have more time to focus on marketing and product sourcing.
Our annual business turnover has grown by 400% since switching to Neto. To say that I am very happy would be an understatement. I have recommended Neto to all my friends who trade online and now many of them are Neto customers too.
