Frequently asked questions

Does Sendle pick up my items?

When you book a delivery with Sendle, it automatically picks the next available day to pick up between 9am-6pm. There are no minimum orders required for this service.

Does Sendle include insurance?

Sendle includes $100 loss insurance for Premium and $300 for Pro accounts on each eligible parcel you send.

Maropost customers are automatically under Premium but can be upgraded to Pro.

What are the Sendle rates?

Sendle has flat, national pricing which makes things simple. You can get a quote for a single parcel on your Sendle dashboard, or view general pricing information here.

Does Sendle ship dangerous goods?
