2015 has been a huge year for Neto. We doubled our customer base, quadrupled our staff count, formed a joint venture with one of Australia's largest companies and moved to an amazing new office. Here's a glimpse at what we've been up to this year:

This year has been about investing in and securing our future. To achieve this, we needed a trusted, reliable and resourceful partner. We chose Telstra. The joint venture, which was finalised in June, has enabled us to invest heavily in all areas of our business while still remaining independent, agile and innovative.

Our most significant investment this year has been in human resources. Our team is now made up of around 100 talented individuals across all areas of eCommerce support, development, design, sales, marketing and corporate services.

To support our growing staff numbers (set to double again in 2016), we have invested in new offices that have been designed to deliver an agile, collaborative and positive work culture.

There is 10x more effort, capital, and attention being poured into developing the Neto platform. Our development processes have been reworked to better handle scale and a new testing and release procedure is now in place. 2016 will see the release of exciting new ways to sell, a simpler user experience and a number of features that will see us deliver a more holistic digital commerce offering.

In 2015 our support team answered over 30,000 phone calls and solved over 80,000 tickets. Scaling this team has been challenging and rewarding, with knowledge sharing between seasoned Neto veterans and the 60+ Neto newbies being a core focus.

Neto Plus (enterprise level plans) was launched in February and is being enjoyed by a growing number of successful Neto clients. In November we ran our first eCommerce bootcamp, a one day crash course in everything eCommerce. The feedback from all attendees was extremely positive, prompting the roll out of a national series in 2016. 2016 will also see the launch of Neto University (a new training resource), even more support staff and a certification program for Neto support Partners.

Our customers have also experienced massive growth and success in 2015. Our top 10 retailers (based on revenue) grew by over 40% this year alone!

We know that 2016 is going to be an exciting year for Neto and commerce in general. Over the next 12 months, we plan to leverage the Telstra relationship to expand our Australian footprint, while also entering new global markets. We're also looking forward to delivering Neto POS (Point of Sale), a key component to us achieving our vision of a complete digital commerce solution that enables anyone to sell anything, anywhere.
