Frequently asked questions

  • Does Sendle pickup my items?

    When you book a delivery with Sendle, it automatically picks the next available day to pickup between 9am-5pm. There are no minimum orders required for this service.

  • Does Sendle include insurance?

    Sendle includes $1500 loss insurance for each eligible parcel you send.

    Sendle has flat, national pricing which makes things simple. You can get a quote for a single parcel on your Sendle dashboard, or view general pricing information here.

  • Who do I call if I need support?

    Sendle offers a simple, easy-to-use dashboard and in house support. Their team focuses on proactive support so you don't have to worry about chasing up tickets.

  • Does Sendle ship dangerous goods?

    You cannot send dangerous goods through Sendle. See the “What you cannot Sendle” article for more information.
