Our old web host has no integrations with eBay or with any shipping solutions. We were double and triple handling everything and found that once we hit 700 SKUs, we were simply overwhelmed trying to manage inventory across channels. The time typing shipping labels also really ate into our ability to spend time on the business. Trying to list everything 2 and 3 times across channels really is ridiculous and would hinder any business growth. We considered hiring staff to list, but the costs would mean our business model was not effective. Trying to get support on our old platform was also ridiculous with days wasted with problems and lost sales.
