What challenges were you facing before Neto?
We discovered pretty quickly that having separate website, ebay and accounting systems was going to be a nightmare down the track so we actually started with Neto quite early. Fairway Dental started as a side business and even with a very low volume of orders per week it was hard to keep track of everything going on.
I don't think we faced any major challenges due to making the switch to Neto so early in our history.
How did the Neto solution help solve your challenges?
We use Neto to integrate our website, accounting, freight, ebay, mailing list, and inventory.
What was the end result?
Well, I think if we didn't use Neto now we would be a mess!
Can't imagine life without Neto right now. The system is comprehensive and scalable, support is responsive, and there is always exciting development going on. I really don't know why you would choose another package.
